You are correct Green. 5M float isn't a big deal. But, that they did it without notice under the guise of an "ungagged TA" which never reported anything other than the 2M till the full 3 were dropped into the market. The TA could have said, yep it's 2.5M, next day 3.2 Mil, etc.

Regardless, harrassing the TA is bogus i understand. But the past of this shell is horrendous. It's also still subject to some evidence that previous owners may still have their hands in this.

Who knows. It's pinky land. And management IMO hasn't put forth squat of significance.
