So you're basically saying that you arbitrarily assign "names" to intra-day "indicators" and came up with the theory that the company/insiders sold shares today on the open market?
Saying the company sold in the past is probable.
Saying the company sold today means that you need to change the name of your indicators because you're wrong and the TA says so.
Good luck with that though. When you perfect it, I'll try it. Today, I seem to be having better luck being right with two of my old fashioned indicators...plain old luck and a little logic.
