I wanted to provide you with some information to provide to our shareholders. I
know they are very anxious for news and I can only provide enough information to
ease the pain of anticipation.

Due to our current financing initiatives, and at the request of those who desire
to inject millions into our company, we have been muzzled with respect to
product announcements, and in fact, any press whatsoever. We are in a quiet
period.

When we release news as to current events and the future of Spooz, I believe it
will be monumentally significant as to the price of SPZI shares. I did want to
express to you that Spooz is well, the excitement inside the company is electric
and there are no significant problems (with the exception of minor bugs) with
SpoozToolz development.
