Have just submitted my compliant to the SEC stating the misrepresentation of the PR'S over the last year and leaving town ! Does anyone know when AC picked up his PHD ? I figure it had to be when he left Pyrogensis. As far as getting a lawyer I agree with not throwing good money after bad. If this as bad as it's starting to look, we have to take our lumps and get over it. Nobody likes what's going on with ACMG, but there's nothing we can do about it. Down 86%.
