Congrats to you. In time we will be fine. The stuff posted here with the lawsuits is just the nature of the beast in the Pinks. Thank Goodness we have an Atty at the Helm to handle this all.. I am sure this is not his first rodeo being an M&A Atty I am sure he has seen his fill of lawsuits in regard to company mergers. All IMO of course.
