OK guys.. I just got off the phone with Drew and Scott Moore from CFO Prof.. Scott said that they are in the final stages of completing the 2006 Unaudited fins..once these are complete, they will then move on to the 2007 interim fins... They could not give me a date on when these would be released but when I asked about share structure Scott specifically told me that the 2006 fins will contain a disclosure under "subsequent events" which will include any equity transactions that have taken place this year as well as the most current share structure available.

There are more details to our conversation but I'm in a hurry so I'll have to post more later. Btw, I also spoke with Doug and I asked him about the rumor related to Spartan..he said that fins were most definitely not in his hands (they are with Scott Moore at CFO) and he didn't know why Spartan would be saying that.. I told him it was more than likely mis-information.. and he agreed..
