OBV...an observation...
I'm using this tool more and more and just
this weekend I noticed something that I'm
sure is old news to the savy investor but,
when ever it is inverted to the trend line
of whatever equity you are tracking it is a
very good indicator of a accumulate/disbersement
phaze. I'm really looking mostly at LONG term
weekly/Day200+ charts but it really is amazing how
much the pps will gravitate in the direction of that
line, lookin at it closely, the points at which
it intersects or inverts, if you will, are very
sugnificant events.
I over lay the obv line on my chart itself instead
of down in the indicies and then it REALLY shows
what I mean. If you can imagin the pps being one
line and the OBV the other, their divergences ARE
quite...sugnificant...is the best as I can describe
it.
I'm I just seein things ?
