One more thing: how come PRSU only "owns" the Sanibel Group and not the Bonita Springs Group as well??? It was PR'd in April that the following deal was closed:
IBAC Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IBCX) the New York-based hospitality provider today announced it has completed the sale of its Florida Restaurant subsidiaries (The Bonita Springs Restaurant Group, Inc.) and (The Sanibel Restaurant Group, Inc.) to Prime Restaurants Inc. for $4,100,000 dollars. The new company Prime Restaurants, Inc. will take possession after a transition period of two weeks.
Now they claim only 1,8 million bought out (Sanibel Group) ???
LOL..anyhow...at the temporary price of 2,5 cents per share this would give PRSU a whooping 10+ million cap...whoaw...that is quite something for a Restaurant that pays a rent every month and a company that has NO real estate..just a Steak House with a monthly payable lease...
Maybe the Bonita Springs Restaurant Group has been allocated to another shell game???? hmmmmm interesting thought..LOL
