A 100% of the shares of The Sanibel Steakhouse are owned by Prime Restaurants, Inc. And if you called Mr. Galo like I have you would also know that the filings with the Secretary of State of Florida have not been updated yet but once they are Mr. Galo will be the President of the Sanibel - Palms Steakhouse so once again either get the facts correct or learn how business works.
