QUESTION:

How many shell companies does EFGO own and what kind are they, ie: pinksheets, OTCBB, NASD?

And What are the plans for these shells, if one is a OTCBB, can’t we use it to go to OTCBB?

RESPONSE:

There are currently 2 OTCBB shells owned by Esprit. Look for more disclosure in our 2nd quarter results coming out this week. We were also acquiring a couple of Pink Sheet shells, but there were some snags. At this point, we probably won’t put any effort into certifying the Pink Sheet shells, as they now require as much expense as an OTCBB shell.We are reviewing all of our options for these shells. We want to see how China evolves in the next couple of months, as well as some other projects.

It is a little too early to finalize our plans in regards to the shells.
