The company is very concerned about the share value issue and demonstrated that by getting the lockdown from certain large holders to assist in stabilizing the price at a more acceptable level.
The fact that they are headed to OTCBB is a good indicator, this company is much further along in its growth than most realize, accumulate it while it is weak and before things are further clarified and documented.
Few have noticed that the company posted its financials to pinksheets in the past few days, folks, these are audited and only the final fiscal period is left to be completed, filed and posted.
A company does not go to the large expense of preparing audited statements unless there has been substanstial progress within.
Read between the lines, its right in front of you, there is value here, with a responsive hardworking CEO.
The entire company is valued at less than 700 k at bell close Friday. The ask is way spread out, it trades like it should with the stated float.
