Synergetic Technologies Inc. (OTC: SYGG) and Ideal Financial Solutions Inc. (OTC: IFSL) Team Up for Autorama in Salt Lake City
January 27, 2005 (2:30 PM EST)
PRNewswire

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Both Synergetic Technologies Inc. (SYGG) and Ideal Financial Solutions Inc. (IFSL) will be represented at the Western Show Cars Both in the 31st annual Salt Lake Autorama to be held on January 28, 29 & 30th at the South Town Expo Center. The companies are using the Classic Car show as the format for displaying their products to the local market in the Utah region.

Ideal Financial Solutions Inc. (IFSL) will be represented at the show in the area of asset and income management, and will be offering evaluations and home refinance packages to the public. People will be able to make contact with company representatives in the privacy of their own homes.

Synergetic Technologies Inc. (SYGG) will unveil their new state of the art Car Watch(TM) to the automotive market. Car Watch(TM) will be mounted in a 1965 Shelby Cobra, and will be shown to the public at the show. The system provides a complete 360 degree view from inside the car and also includes a view of the driver and all passengers. The advantage to this system is that any side, front or rear impact is automatically recorded and a digital record of all activities in and around the car are monitored. The car and it's contents can be monitored 24/7 from a PDA or cell phone or a computer system stationed in the office or home. Insurance and accident claims will have an accurate record of conduct from each angle of the car. Traffic tickets can be proven, speeds and driving habits and conduct monitored.

This system is an effective way to provide safety for young and old drivers, women, and unattended vehicles. An intruder can be identified and reported remotely by the owner using the very cell phone and recorded images the intrusion was reported on. If a parked car is entered, the system located in the truck automatically turns on and all actions in and around the car are recorded, and a message is sent to the owner via cell phone, PDA, computer. The owner can take appropriate action. How many assaults a year can this system prevent? How many young drivers can prove the innocence of their actions, when it is usually their word against the older more experienced person? How many hit and run and parking lot accidents can now be traced?

Alexander Lindale L.L.C. has provide a new Harley Davidson motorcycle that will be given away to the public at the show, entrants must fill out a drawing form that allows the three companies to contact the applicants after the show. Alexander Lindale L.L.C. will provide video footage of the show and the booth on the web sites below. The footage will not be loaded until Tuesday February 1, 2005.
