Funny you should bring Christianity into this. You should know as well as anyone that a relationship with Christ in an individual thing and that working together is about support in both the negative and positive things in life. Taking pleasure in pain in lieu of learning from it is what your "sides" or "buddies" are all about.

There are a lot of people here that are upset about management. Fortunately they have the Character to state it with out taking sides as if we are in a School yard brawl.
