a couple of questions For Lowman or others in the know:

Is anything happening with LFG technology aspect of CTUM, is there any real value here or just air, or should I say 'gas'.

How come the present share holders do not get free shares of LTC IPO? When ever I have been in a company that spins off a unit present shareholders do get shares. Now current shareholders get 1/2 of the value of LTC with its IPO.

This seems a little corrupt to me, to not give shareholders who now own 100% minus ukrain interest, nothing once the IPO comes.

It seems from the lack of news and developements with LFG, CTUM's only value is LTC, it is the only thing written about on this message board. It looks to me like current shareholders are getting the short end, once again. Maybe that is the reason this is trading where it is. I own shares from .33 cents and will stick around through FDA results then evaluate. Anyone else wondering why the present shareholders are coming up with the shaft? If FDA approval comes, why even bother with an IPO, I'd think the approval would be very bankable and a loan could be arranged, for marketing. This IPO, seems more like a way to have the insiders get rich and screw the shareholder. What is the difference between this and major dilution. Seems like in effect there will be 100% OS increase happen due to the cut from 100% interest in LTC to 50% after the IPO. The IBox, I guess Lowman, states that if LTC is $20 after the IPO then CTUM should be $10. The problem is, it never trades that way, just reflect on all the CMGI type of companies from the dot com boom years and how they traded at a discount to their company holdings. IMO,There should be a grass root investor protest to change the IPO to include present shareholders.

How do we know that the 50% that CTUM will hold of LTC will not end up being 'pissed away' by management? This type of thing happens and in the end, CTUM could be an empty shell with zero value. This IPO is suspect and is looking more and more to me like management's way to get richer and leave the shareholders with nothing!!!?

Has anyone spoken to the CEO or company about this?
