To get a up listing they need to get above $1, they need something solid like completion of phase three and capitalization for expansion, audited financials and a move to NASDAQ. Once on NASDAQ institutions and mutual funds will start to accumulate and that's when the fun begin. A pop to
$200 per share is not uncommon if sector gets hot.
