I don't think we get charged with any FCPA violations...

but I do think it is more than a slight probability that we get charged with some SEC disclosure violations. Which, if I had my choice, I would choose the SEC violations every day of the week. The SEC violations are substantially less in value than FCPA violations....if the SEC issues a fine at all.
