OMG don't tell me Hayter is taking down another Company.I still have 100 worthless shares that resulted in a RS of his last POS and from the few posts I've seen it looks like the same MO of a div to keep shareholders in. If he does this like his last one ( without opening my Ameritrade acct I can't remember the symbol but I think it was IBCX ) right around the Divi he will start massive dilution. Liable can verify that. If Hayter is involved good luck to all shareholders. I'm otta here. :^)
