But the company promised that there will be no r/s for 2 years. Approximately an year and 1/4 left. Within that period, Frank gotta show some impprovement with PPS, otherwise.... I don't know about Frank but I do still trust Tayler and I also read someone's post that Tayler converted his restricted shares into common shares a worth of $90000. I don't know why, however something is up with JMCP... IMO
