remember the surounding land was land locked by govermend and phgi got the rights to mine this land, I would say its safe to say there is way more metals than a billion dollars here worth here, not to mention the rail road to haual it away at a far
less cost, john did his home work, yea the os is going up but look at all the assests we have already, he is not kidding about becoming a major, longs will be rewarded here.
