They would be sued into the next time warp if ERHC does not get its share of profit oil on day one. This would be outright fraud if they amended the production sharing contracts and did not let the shareholders know. Hell it could be forever before we get our share of the costs paid. I suppose we would just have Addax let us know when we are through. These guys have been piss poor communicators but this would be suicide and I do not believe they are dumb enough to think that we would accept this with out a huge fight. GLTA
