because chang did not fully disclose the problems he had at gvhl when efgo bought gvhl. also, chang made a deal with stord that gvhl could not complete, and efgo had to clean up the mess. efgo had to compensate stod, thats how they became a stratgic partner. also, chang has made deals on the side that were not to the benefit of efgo, but only to chang himself. in the beginning, chang was to be an officer, but after chang demanded more cash and stock than he originally agreed for, chang ended up being a consultant for efgo for the contract he signed. chang was decietful, dishonest in his business dealings, and did not help efgo in any way except to bring the eft division to efgo through the global aquisition. the plans for chang were so much more, but the reality of chang-efgo marraige is a bitter divorce.
