I had a look at the 2006 annual statment from the documents on pinksheets.com. I found that Berman invested $87,617.49 USD on the 54 PayDay claims (Notice the line indicates the the East Canyon mining claims).

Now, between Jan 1, 2007 and the end of the period on March 31, 2007 we acquired the 8 rage claims + 40 others (unaccounted for from the PRs I have) to bring us to a total of 102 claims. The total investment in mining claims as of March 31st was $132,127.49

So that would be a total of $44,510 USD ($132,127.49-$87,617.49) for those 48 claims (Yet it still indicates the East Canyon mining claims).

The final 152 claims:

26 (Apr 03)
26 (Apr 10)
50 (Apr 19)
50 (May 02)

were picked up for a total of $117,516 USD ($249,644 - $132,127.49)

I am not sure where you got your numbers for the money and shares, I am sure it is somewhere on ihub, I am just too tired to look it up. The PR's I used to determine when claims were purchased are below:

Russell Industries Finalizes Mining Acquisition.
From: Business Wire | Date: 10/9/2006
HOUSTON -- Russell Industries, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:RSDI) announces that it has finalized its acquisition of 54 mine claims located in San Juan County, Monticello, Utah from U.S. Minerals, LLC, (Mesa, AZ).

HOUSTON, TX, Mar 26, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) has agreed to acquire 8 Uranium mine claims, known as the "Rage Mining Claims" in San Juan County, Utah

HOUSTON, TX, Apr 03, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) has staked and filed with the Bureau of Land Management 26 additional Uranium mine claims in Utah.

HOUSTON, Apr 10, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) announces that it has acquired another 26 Uranium Mine Claims in San Juan County, UT. The acquisition of these claims raises the current total of San Juan County Uranium Claims to 154.

HOUSTON, TX, Apr 19, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) has acquired an additional 50 Uranium mining claims. The claims are located in the "Rage Claim" area of San Juan County Utah.

HOUSTON, May 02, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSDS) announces that it has acquired an additional 50 Uranium Mine Claims in San Juan County, UT. The claims are located in close proximity to the Company's other Rage Claims

----------
I could not find PRs that account for the 40 claims that would make 254 owned by RSDS. (54+8+26+26+50+50=214)
----------

This is the accounting for the investment that I come up with. I am not sure if it adds up to the amount of money and shares that were paid for each. I wish I had some more time to look into this, but I am crazy tired and want to go to bed. Guess this is a potential starting point.

----------

Also interesting from the statements on June 1st and the June 30th:

1,718,025,996 as of June 1st, 2007

1,797,025,996 as of June 30th, 2007

From the PR on the 24th of May, the 504 was completed.

HOUSTON, May 24, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:RSDS) announces that its sale of securities pursuant to Regulation D, Rule 504, of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission will be concluded on June 1, 2007.

So where did these shares come from? Maybe the payment for acquisition of AUMN and their claims. That is 79 million shares of stock. (PPS at that time was around .001 so that is $79,000 in stock value at the time.)

HOUSTON, TX, Jun 18, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) announces that it has acquired American Uranium Mining Company ("AUMC"). AUMC owns 68 Uranium Mining Claims located in the Brigerjack section, San Juan County, Utah. "This acquisition is synergistic with Russell Industries focus on the Uranium market and will increase our holding company's assets to 322 Uranium mining claims which will now encompass 6,440 acres in San Juan County,"

Anyway, now I am waaaayyyyyy too tired...time for sleep.
