Who owns the Sanibel Restaurant Group? =
PRSU and its valued shareholders own 100% of the Group!!

Why does the company deal with a TA that won't give out share information? =
We were not aware of that fact BUT will deal with that matter in a timely fashion!!

Why wasn't the company upfront about the REGDEX filing? =
We are in contact with an institutional investor who wants to invest a substantial amount of $ into our business for rapid expansion in our hospitality business. The investor asked us for upmost discretion!!

Will the REGDEX immediately add 50 million shares to the O/S?=
The company and its managment want to assure the shareholders that we will only use additional shares for future acquisitions !!

How many shares will ther be after the forward split?=
The company does not intend, at the moment , to exercise a forward split, however the upcoming "dividend" will add great value to the sharholders and that is the intent of the company and its management , to enhance shareholder value!!


Why is the same Hayter game being played here with his very own restaurant holding company?=
We have no knowledge of Mr. Hayter's business endevours !!
