As I recall at the April 24 mtg. one of the atty's. said he had quit a lucrative law practice to head EXBX. I didn't make the first shareholder meeting ( an old man working out of state) but my wife did and I think it was held at the present address???complete with no frills. Was there mention of minimum rent, etc. in a filing?? At any rate, if anyone from EXBX reads this board, DO NOT hurry on my account and get the deal you think is best for all!!!Doodlerose..PS. I still ain't gettin' no younger.
