Yahoo has the PR announcing the sale and that a dividend would be payed, but no amount is given. I talked to Kanno several days later and he told me that the dividend would be for a least .0006 or .0007, and there was a chance it could be even larger, depending on what the board of directors decided. But all we have is Kanno's word on that. He also said that they already had over 51% vote for the deal, but he would like to have a higher percentage and was going to ask shareholders to send in their votes. He sent me a form by e-mail for me to vote, I don't know if he sent anyone else one.
