It's just those kinds of holes that I want to see addressed/patched up before we can move ahead. To not address and repair is irresponsible. To allow the proposal to go ahead by ignoring them is equally so. These may or may not be small issues, but the lack of communication makes everything suspect. It does not have to be like this. Just my opinion, of course.
