Note that according to the SEC, this company is still called "Furia". Further note that there are NO filings for any company called "Conversion Solutions Holdings" - that's all the proof anyone needs. There was never a merger, just a name and symbol change.

That is the indisputable fact kills all these wild rumors about illegal stuff committed by MMs and God knows who. As far as I know, the only illegal stuff that occurred was when company insiders lied and committed material fraud.
