I just took look at
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=KMAC#getQuote

we have a stop sign, not trades were traded for more then three weeks and since RS, its a dead stock.
I know the company is probably one of the better ones on the pink sheets, but they killed their own stock with RS.
