IMO the answer lies with Carlton Capital Inc.
see my earlier posts and read that report (link provided) from NASD. The company answers if you call, etc. They must be doing business and are generating rev IMO. We just DO NOT KNOW what the details are regarding the business. We already own at least 75% of them.

Maybe someone can call them and provide better insight.
