Company Officially Becomes the First Licensed Retail Chain of
Telecommunications Stores in China That is Licensed by Nokia
Gosun Communications Limited, Inc. (OTCBB:GOSN)

entered into a direct retail partnership agreement with Nokia, making
Gosun Communications Limited, Inc. the first licensed Nokia retail
chain of telecommunications stores in China.
Management strongly believes that its partnership with Nokia will
significantly reduce the cost of its sales and will further strengthen
its position of domination in the telecommunications sector in China.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2001, the Company had revenues of
US$10,171,306. For the quarter ended June 30, 2001, the Company had
revenues of US$13,332,938. For the quarter ended September 30, 2001,
the Company had revenues of US$25,069,711.
About the Company
The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are
the retail sale and distribution of telecommunication equipment
including cellular phones, pagers, cellular phone smart cards and
value-refill smart cards, and acting as an agent of cellular and
paging services providers.
The Company is a primary agent of an affiliate, Guangdong Gosun
Communication Development Company Limited ("GGCD"), a paging service
provider in the PRC and a licensed primary agent of China Mobile
Communications Corporation, one of two exclusive cellular
communications providers in the PRC. As of September 30, 2001, the
Company has 20 directly owned chain stores operating in the PRC.
