We have filed the quarterly financial statement Form 10QSB and we are current on all SEC filings.

Global1.tv Media

We have reserved the domain www.Global1.tv to launch our global branding efforts to market our financial products. Global1.tv will use digital video and print to reach a global audience for our equity and financial products which we will launch this quarter to increase the price of our shares.

International Offering Prospectus

We have completed our International Offering Prospectus for the issuance of $75 million in securities to be offered worldwide. The securities will be backed by G1 Structured Credit Corporation with an AAA performance. The offering will be in Yen, Euros, Pounds and other foreign currencies with a favorable exchange rate against the dollar. We expect to begin the offering August 2007 and fund a trading vehicle with a new product using relative global economic cycle arbitrage.

Funding Sources:

The funds we receive from our offering will be used to initialize our investment banking and trading operations and to move our shares to another trading market other than the OTCBB where trading will be based on market fundamentals.
