OMG LOL! That's got Hayter written all over that! I hope people Google "IBAC Regdex" and "IBAC 504". They will find previous press releases from the company PROMISING they won't file another REGDEX, then filing one anyway. Hayter's favourite thing about REGDEX filings is that they aren't available online and are effective immediately. By the time an investor requests and gets the paper copy, it's far too late.

There is no logical way to deny this is another Hayter shell game. I really hope the information posted helps many people from getting screwed. This is the only way to put a stop to it.
