ZIPL is a shell, the assets of the original company were sold many years ago.

The shell just sits there with its symbol until someone decides to bring a private company into it.

A private business is being reversed merged into this ZIPL shell.

I'm sorry if you don't understand the concept, but I would appreciate it if you would not make such a post until you have at least done your elementary homework.
