The tunnel is 5x7 and the track is 18". Nobody is going to use that today. That is like saying how much for the canary in the cage? Well the canary in the cage is useless because while it might work, air monitors that measure O2, H2S, LEL and CO are used and required.

That might have been useful back in the day but in modern mining they are going to use LHD's (Load Haul Dumps) and haulers, not antiquated 18" track with a tiny electric loco that has limited ore car capacity.

This equipment is not going to fit in your 5x7 tunnel. Try a 10 x 12 arched. Next go and read your geological reports. The 8600 area has been developed 1,000's of feet and they are working down dip hence their running into water. At this point they would likely build a new access to get below the deposit to work the mantos *if they are proven up*.

The loco and track however will make a fine man tram.

Unfortunately historic mines have historic infastructure and there is a reason they quit working it.
