Heck! Cummon youse guys! I don't see any open debate on this last wrinkle. Or is it a "wink-le"? ;)

Why have they sweetened the kitty by 25 percent?

Is it a better deal?

What happens in October? Raise the offer again and extend it to March?

They seem to be determined to get shares out of circulation here.
