Thanks for that very helpful link. I hope nobody is concerned that this is seemingly a one man show. Cris Galo has the title of president, secretary, treasurer, and director. He is probably the whole board or directors that a recent press release refers to.

It's also a good thing that we can't find any of his own employees that have ever met him. Those who have called the restaurant and done some real DD would know this. But wait, the company also issued a press release stating they didn't want their shareholder to perform this kind of DD, the exact same thing Hayter complained about.
