Jean's representation was right on the mark. I'm sure you don't need to be reminded that share restrictions mean nothing with non reporting companies. They can print shares at will without so much as a filing.
When we finally see the ammendment to the A/S from the Nevada SOS, I'm pretty sure there will be a 300% increase in that. Don't think for a minute they are only going to raise the A/S just enough for the 'free trading shares'.
