Why would anyone want a dunce like Smith to keep running things? He has blown through so much money it is unreal. He let Briner screw him. He has the stock in a mess at pink sheets and only one or two online traders will even accept orders on it now. I have heard rumors that some of his "bookkeeping" was done on restaurant napkins. He is mentally retarded and is not CEO or even gas station attendant material.
