for some of my order I have waited up to 2 days to get a fill at the price I want to. However, if I want the stock desperately I just pay the ask and get a fill immediately.
So I guess the question is how bad do you want the stock? If you want it now than just pay the ask. If not just wait for a fill at $0.22
