I never, never advise people to buy or sell any stock at any price. However, I have talked to people I know and respect and they are buying here (actually have already bought here at this price) and I can't fault them. But I've always felt that buying or selling a stock is more a function of how much money the investor has than the company has.

But there's little downside here right now. Even if it slides back down to the .04 range, it always seems to inch back up over time. But your real enemy is that same time element. EFTI has the dreary habit of doing nothing and taking a very long time to do it.

Do I think it's a fabulous bargain and will blow the chalk off the Bulletin Board? No. Do I think it is barely possible that it could "fly" back up to .30 or .40 over the next year? Barely.
