I don't know anything for certain, but I believe Tom has mentioned here that some selling to raise capital would have to happen. Whether he is doing that now or if he is just re-registering the same shares he always does for 144 reasons I do not know. I would hope that he would try and do it after ND PR to try and reduce dilution, but even with a great PR, there are a lot of other shares registered to sell, so I don't know if we'll get a quick bump or not.

I'm still long term and have faith this will turn around at some point..I just think it'll take a longer time than what I initially expected.
