TheDane, I think more of the intent of that last paragraph was to keep the share holders up to date about the "artificially low" share price than anything else. There is a bit of talk on this board about the MM games and naked shorting of this stock. For good reason too... not as an excuse for the declining share price (as I've seen many times and seen as an excuse for other stocks I've been in) but for valid reasons. So many times it is difficult to prove much of anything and the talk on message boards is merely "theory" but in our case, with a float of only 20mil and shareholders on this board alone holding the majority of the float, rather than be only a "theory" or excuse, it is closer to fact.

Artificially low is another way, IMO, for the company to say naked shorting without just coming out and saying it. This terminology was used in the Dec. 5th press release and the May 29th press release. It was then again mentioned in the June 12th press release but from a different angle this time. It was said "Even though Hemi and others have addressed some of the issues that caused the artificially low market cap, management still strongly believes the market price does not begin to reflect fundamental asset values." What that says to me is they were able to address some of the naked shorting/artificially low issues and are still working on it. This most recent press release, again IMO only, was only a reminder to the share holders that they haven't forgot about this and continue to work towards a solution.

I could have an incorrect "read" on this but I don't see that last paragraph as the company whining so to speak about the share price being low but instead more as an update to the share holders saying simply "we haven't forgot about the naked short issue you all keep talking about" :)
