My gosh, what a joke. How was EVANS ever worth 18.6 million. It was nothing but a damn shell with debt. Frank Moody you are a piece of sh*t. EVANS was .80 cents because it was manipulated to .80, not because it was worth .80. It was more like worth .01 or less. Let me ask this question. How does HISC acquire a company for $500,000 if it is worth 18.6 million. Doesn't take much to see thru all of his damn bullsh*t. Not to mention, didn't Frank get those 30,000,000 in shares that they had to give back. Also, the 30,000,000 was the questionable part of the transaction. The rest 7.X million and 8.X million were probably related to HISC dividends which was part of the bargain for the $500,000 expense.if they were received in October.
