Very true because I got my Preferred share certificate very fast through etrade last year. I'm now just wondering how to convert them over to common shares. I called a number that etrade gave me with my preffered shares..American Heritage, and that guy game me a number to call Alice. Well Alice didn't answer so I guess i'll try back later. Can anyone describe the proper steps in converting preferred shares ----->common shares. Thanks, T.J
