'They try to fluff us up with new dates and seminars, but that is not the heart of the matter'

The heart of the matter is most definitely the seminars - that is their business. True, they do have a responsibility to the shareholders (as opposed to traders), and that responsibility is best served by doing more and bigger seminars, increasing revenues, earnings, and margins.
