HOUSTON, Jan 22, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD) has engaged The Database Group, an Ohio-based company in the business of writing business custom software programs, to co-develop a program exclusive to a state-of-the-art integrated airport security system. The program will be launched by AuGRID Corporation under the name CodeStar, a system that will utilize radio frequency identification ('RFID') devices linked by the software program.

'AuGRID needed software with futuristic expertise to complement the electronic devices already developed for CodeStar,'stated M.J. Shaheed, President of AuGRID Corporation. 'We believe this system will be ideal for airports and other high security facilities.'

AGRD is on my post-RS bounce list.
The current PPS is .015 and I'm looking for an entry around .004
The OS, after the RS, was 504.5M.
IMO, an OS that big cuts down on the volatility of the PPS, plus, in December they issued another 50M.

But, who knows......this PR and more like it could cause it to bounce early.
