Let's take a look at some things for a minute....an Exec. VP (who unfortunately has to report to the COO--which is not normally done--it is usually the other way around)...who has snap and already understands how things are done in Washington, and is obviously experienced in getting a job done....and now there is a COO who understands TKO, having been with them for a while, now, with Ethostream, and who too, knows how to get things done....and has successfully already proven himself as a hands-on sort of guy....he won;t be working from hme, I hope! And now there is going to be a conolidation of Ethostream, SSI, and the GEEKS, all with their own installers, under one director of traffic--the COO. And there will be consolidation of the administrative stuff---required for the govt work, like homeland security stuff, the military stuff, and the like....HOPEFULLY also, she will be directing traffic when it comes to GE (if still in the wings) or the Energy division of TKO that was announced what,2 years ago now?
Tko will save money by not having their OWN installers, because ES, SSI, and GEEK all have THEIR own installers....I do not know how many installers TKO has on the payroll...but if they are not needed anymore (even GE would have their own installers), the cost of thoe folks will most likely be moved OFF the TKO books....what maybe a million a yeaer in savings? Hopefully, they would be hired by ES, SSI et al....I hate to see anyone on unemployment....that savings should more than pay the salary of the new EVP, and the new COO.
And with full-time leaders, who have snap, and are not tired...who knows? things could get very good for TKO. Now the SALES department, hopefully, will be upgraded next---which I see the COO is in charge of--but HEY..we have been losing our sales in Europe, as far as I can tell, no one has been focued there, lately, it seems....but then, ES, SSI, and GEEKS, all have their OWN sales depts..... now I am rambling...thoughts...
