Thought you guys would want to know that since I couldn't get a return email from Winick I wrote an email to Loretta Hunt and leaned on her Journalistic Integrity to "turn the cameras on the company and find out why they won't communicate with the investors that helped fund the start up of the company"
I got a response but it was from The Man himself:

Hi Jim:

It was totally unfair of you to put Loretta in such a position.

Unfortunately information put out by myself has been taken negatively the past while and I am not about to put out anything until I am 100% locked and loaded.

We are working towards getting this finished and when it is closed and finished I will put out a pr indicating that.

It is again unfortunate that a few bad apples spoil it for the rest, but I have done nothing but put the shareholders first in this venture all the way along.

You and the rest of the shareholders have to understand that your investment was a fraction what was put in to get this company and Network to where it is today.

You and the rest of the shareholders will have to wait until things are finished to get news.

Take it for what its worth.
I did email him a response so we will see what that gets us.. But since this seems to be the first response from him in 5 months, I felt obligated to share it with you guys.
