SelTzer by the way let me interpret the info for you it says 147 million share. It says Nowhere that this is the Float. For your record this is The number of Outstanding shares which is completely different from Float.

The outstanding shares is the number issued by the company
The float is the number of shares available to trade on the market minus treasury stock this is what you and I can actually buy or sell

Educate yourself before loosing your shirt in the stock market
