I believe everyone here should file a complaint with the SEC.
In my opinion, I believe someone affiliated with the company is driving this way down so "THEY" can buy super cheap and then make a ton of money when a PR finally comes out!
The above is just my opinion. I have no proof of any wrongdoing.
